DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Feng Li for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Li was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department on January 28, 2004. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 22, 2017, Li was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years, commencing April 21, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 15, 2021, Li's first motion for reinstatement was denied.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Feng Li does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
