IN RE NOEMIE FELARCA, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

Panel consists of Justices Radack, Countiss, and Rivas-Molloy.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Relator Noemie Felarca filed a Petition for Writ of Mandamus in connection with a dismissal entered by the trial court below on September 20, 2022. She argues that mandamus relief is necessary because the trial court abused its discretion by dismissing her case without an evidentiary hearing. 1

The underlying case is In re A.C., Cause No. 2022-48067, pending in the 246th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Angela L. Graves-Huntington, presiding.

We deny the petition. All pending motions are dismissed as moot. 2
