ORDER
We REINSTATE this appeal.
By order dated May 20, 2016, we abated the appeal for the trial court to hold a hearing to determine whether appellant desired to prosecute the appeal and, if so, whether he was entitled to appointed counsel. The trial court held the hearing and determined appellant does not wish to prosecute the appeal. We ADOPT the trial court's finding.
We ORDER appellant to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, a motion to dismiss the appeal. If appellant does not file a motion to dismiss within the time stated, the Court shall take whatever action it deems necessary, including dismissing the appeal for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(b), (c).
