Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2020-CI-02112, styled Fair Oaks Country Store, LLC v. Training Rehabilitation & Development Institute, pending in the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable David Canales signed the order at issue in this proceeding.

ORDER

On June 12, 2020, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for emergency temporary relief pending final resolution of the petition for writ of mandamus. After considering the petition and the record, this court concludes relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). Relator's motion for emergency temporary relief is denied as moot.

It is so ORDERED on June 24, 2020.
