Relator's Motion to Seal the Reporter's Record, Exhibits and Clerk's Record is DENIED. Requests to seal the record are to be made to the trial court. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 76(a) (governing sealing of records by trial courts). Moreover, the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure place an obligation on relator to protect minors' identities in original proceedings arising from parental termination cases. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.8(b).
