By motions filed October 16 and 25, 2023, appellant asks for a continuance "because the Trustees have not produced fiduciary accountancy as commonly ordered under TX 131.151" and "offers to pay for a court receiver to review fiduciary accountancy." We DENY the motions.
We note appellant's brief is overdue. Accordingly, we ORDER appellant to file his brief no later than November 27, 2023. Because the brief was first due September 28, 2023, we caution appellant that failure to comply may result in the appeal being dismissed without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1); 42.3(b),(c).
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send appellant a copy of the Court's "Information for People without Lawyers" handout.
