On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the June 25, 2002 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, the Court requests supplemental briefs from the parties regarding whether the analysis and formula set forth in the proposed amicus brief is correct. Such briefs should be filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court within 28 days of the date of this order.
The application for leave to appeal remains pending.
