BROKERS, § 41failure to obtain city license as affecting right to real estate broker's commission. Order allowing claim against estate for amount of real estate broker's commission, allegedly due for services rendered by claimants in procuring contract for purchase of building owned by decedent, would be reversed for reason that some of parties making such claim had not obtained license from city to act as real estate brokers.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. HARRY M. FISHER, Judge, presiding.

Order or judgment reversed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the June term, 1946.
