ORDER
The trial court clerk has filed a notification of late clerk's record, stating that the clerk's record is late because the appellant has failed to pay the fee for the clerk's record and the trial court denied appellant's claim of indigence on November 10, 2016. On November 17, 2016, appellant filed a motion seeking review of the trial court's indigence determination.
We ORDER the trial court clerk to file, on or before December 1, 2016, a supplemental clerk's record containing any documents related to appellant's claim of indigence, including appellant's Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs/Affidavit of Indigence; any contests filed related to appellant's Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs/Affidavit of Indigence and/or motions in opposition to it; and the trial court's order related to appellant's Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs/Affidavit of Indigence. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145(g).
We further ORDER the court reporter to file, on or before December 1, 2016, a reporter's record of the hearing on appellant's claim of indigence. See id.
