Validity of Will — Time for Attack

Code, art 93, sec. 352, imposing a limitation of one year from the date of probate of a will for contesting its validity makes no exception for relatives who do not discover the fact of probate in that time.

Appeal from the Orphans' Court of Anne Arundel County.

Petition by Edith G. Taylor and others to vacate the probate of the will of George W. Bowen, deceased. From an order dismissing the petition, the petitioners appeal. Affirmed.

The cause was submitted on brief to BOND, C.J., URNER, OFFUTT, PARKE, SLOAN, MITCHELL, SHEHAN, and JOHNSON, JJ.
