ORDER
This appeal was abated until July 22, 2013 so that the parties could mediate the dispute between them. The court has been informed that the parties have reached a settlement agreement. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that appellant file a motion to dismiss this appeal within ten days of the date of this order, or the court will reinstate this appeal on its docket and the appellant's brief will be due within thirty days after the date of the order reinstating the appeal.
