DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate appeals by Eric J. and Aisha B. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 16, 2021. Motion by the respondent-respondent pro se for poor person relief and assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent-respondent to respond to the appeal:
