DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate appeals by Eric J. and Aisha B. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 16, 2021. Separate appeals by Tarel H. from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated March 2, 2022. Motion by the Center for Family Representation for leave to reargue and renew its prior motion to be relieved as assigned counsel for Tarel H. on the appeals from the order dated February 16, 2021, to consolidate the appeals, and to extend Tarel H.'s time to serve and file a respondent's brief on the appeals from the order dated February 16, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to reargue and renew the prior motion to be relieved as assigned counsel for Tarel H. on the appeals from the order dated February 16, 2021, are denied as unnecessary as the assignment does not continue on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 671.10[a]); and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend Tarel H.'s time to serve and file a respondent's brief on the appeals from the order dated February 16, 2021, is granted, and on or before August 12, 2022, Tarel H. shall serve and file the respondent's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
