IN RE EPPS/ROBINSON/MUHAMMAD MINORS

LC Nos. 2021-000420-NA; 2021-000502-NA

ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for failure to pursue the case in conformity with the rules. MCR 7.201(B)(3) and 7.216(A)(10). The Clerk of this Court provided notice regarding the nature of the defect in this filing, and the defect was not corrected in a timely manner by providing this Court with copies of the trial court register of actions in both of the lower court cases listed above.

However, the trial court, Wayne Juvenile Court, has now filed claims of appeal on behalf of respondent-appellant from the termination orders entered on August 23, 2021. Those claims of appeal have been assigned Docket Nos. 358957 and 358958. Neither of these claims of appeal are defective and they will move forward in the Court of Appeals. Respondent-appellant will be represented by Attorney Beth Anne Miller in both cases.
