ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT OF PORTIONS OF AN EXHIBIT AND TESTIMONY FROM THE DEPOSITION OF WILLIAM C. REPKO


Defendants JPMorgan Chase Co., JPMorgan Chase Bank and J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc.'s (collectively, "JPMC") Unopposed Motion for Confidential Treatment of Portions of an Exhibit and Testimony From the Deposition of William C. Repko is GRANTED. It is ORDERED that the deposition exhibit and testimony identified in the Unopposed Motion shall be deemed "Confidential" in accordance with the Court's July 2, 2004 Confidentiality Order for Deposition Testimony and Exhibits.
