ORDER ON OBJECTIONS TO PROPOSED ORDER ESTABLISHING DOCUMENT DEPOSITORY

A large number of parties to the above referenced litigation have agreed on an order establishing a document depository for the discovery in this case. Two individuals and a law firm have objected to portions of the language of the order. The Court has reviewed the objections and the responses to the objections and has determined that in light of the need for a depository established in the manner agreed upon by the vast majority of the parties, the objections are not well founded.

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the objections of defendants Ken L. Harrison and Michael J. Kopper are OVERRULED. Further, the objections and request for clarification of order filed by Fleming and Associates is also OVERRULED. The Plaintiffs' Joint Motion to Enter Order Establishing Document Depository is GRANTED.
