ORDER GRANTING MOTION OF DEUTSCHE BANK AG, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AND DEUTSCHE BANK SECURITIES INC. FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT OF CERTAIN EXHIBITS FROM THE DEPOSITION OF WILLIAM BOYLE


Upon the Motion for Confidential Treatment of Certain Exhibits from the Deposition of William Boyle, dated August 19, 2005 (the "Motion"), submitted by Defendants Deutsche Bank AG, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (formerly known as Bankers Trust Company) and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. (formerly known as Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown Inc.), it is hereby:

ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. The deposition exhibits identified in the Motion (Exhibits 13997 as marked in the attachment to the Motion, and 13995, 14001) shall be deemed "Confidential" in accordance with the Court's July 2, 2004 Confidentiality Order for Deposition Testimony and Exhibits.
