ORDER GRANTING MOTION OF ASSOCIATED ELECTRIC GAS INSURANCE SERVICES LIMITED AND FEDERAL INSURANCE COMPANY TO INTERVENE AND FILE THEIR COMPLAINT IN THE NATURE OF INTERPLEADER


Upon consideration of the Motion of Associated Electric Gas Insurance Services Limited and Federal Insurance Company (collectively "Underwriters") to Intervene and File Their Complaint in the Nature of Interpleader, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED:

That said motion be, and hereby is, GRANTED;

That the Underwriters are made parties to this Action for the limited purposes set forth in their Complaint in the Nature of Interpleader;

That the Underwriters' Complaint in the Nature of Interpleader be, and hereby is, deemed filed and served as of this date on all defendants who have, as of the date hereof, appeared in this Action;

That any further action or activity on this Intervention or Complaint in the Nature of Interpleader is hereby STAYED pending the ruling of the Honorable Arthur J. Gonzalez, United Sates Bankrutcy Judge for the Southern District of New York, on the Motion for Lift of Stay currently set for hearing on June 24, 2004.
