ORDER MODIFYING ORDERS DATED MAY 28, 2003
The Courts previously entered an Order, dated May 28, 2003 (the "May 28 Joint Order"), referring the parties involved in the above-captioned cases who were listed in the May 28 Joint Order to mediation to The Honorable Kevin T. Duffy, Senior United States District Judge, Southern District of New York. Subsequently, Judge Duffy informed the Courts that he was unable to serve as mediator concerning these cases.
As soon as practicable, the Courts will select another mediator and advise the parties accordingly. The May 28, 2003 otherwise remains in full force and effect except that references to Judge Duffy will be replaced by the name of the selected mediator.
