ORDER OF ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSURE
Because as a matter of law the shareholder derivative actions are the property of Debtor Enron Corporation's bankruptcy estate, the Court
ORDERS that the Pirelli consolidated action (H-01-3645) is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED until such time as Enron Corporation seeks to reopen and pursue or dismiss the claims. Accordingly, the Pirelli Plaintiffs' motion for preliminary order freezing assets (instrument #44 in H-01-3645) is MOOT.
