ORDER OF COORDINATION
Pursuant to an order from the Judicial Panel for Multidistrict Litigation (instrument #68), the Court
ORDERS that Yosemite Securities Trust I, et al. v. Citibank NA, et al., H-05-1191, removed from the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and then transferred to the undersigned judge for inclusion in MDL 1446, is hereby designated as a "coordinated case" with Newby v. Enron Corporation, H-01-3624, for pretrial matters.
