ORDER DIRECTING JOINT ADMINISTRATION OF CASES PURSUANT TO RULE 1015(B) OF THE FEDERAL RULES OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE
Upon consideration of the motion (the "Motion") of Enron Corp. and certain of its affiliated debtor entities and Enron Wind Systems, Inc. (collectively, the "Debtors"), pursuant to rule 1015(b) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, for an order directing joint administration of the above-captioned chapter 11 cases, as is more fully set forth in the Motion; and it appearing that the Court has jurisdiction to consider the Motion; and it appearing that the relief requested in the Motion is in the best interest of the Debtors and their respective estates and creditors; and it appearing that due and appropriate notice of the Motion has been provided and no further notice need be provided; and upon the proceedings before the Court; and good and sufficient cause appearing therefor, it is
ORDERED that the Motion is granted and it is further
ORDERED that the above-captioned chapter 11 cases are consolidated for procedural purposes only and shall be jointly administered by the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that nothing contained in this Order shall be deemed or construed as directing or otherwise effecting a substantive consolidation of the above-captioned cases; and it is further
ORDERED that pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule for the Southern District of New York 9013-1(b), because there are no novel issues of law presented herein, the requirement that the Debtors file a memorandum of law in support of the Motion is waived; and it is further
ORDERED that the caption of the jointly administered cases shall read as follows:
In re Chapter 11 Case No. ENRON CORP., ET AL., 01-16034 (AJG) Debtor. Jointly Administered
; and it is further
ORDERED that a docket entry shall be made in each of the above-captioned cases substantially as follows:
"An order has been entered in this case directing the joint administration for procedural consolidation purposes only of the chapter 11 case of Enron Wind Systems, Inc. with In re Enron Corp., et al., and the docket in Case No. 01-16034 (AJG) should be consulted for all matters affecting this case."
