ORDER AUTHORIZING REJECTION OF CERTAIN EXECUTORY CONTRACTS
Upon the motion dated December 21, 2001 (the "Motion"), of Enron Energy Service Operations, Inc., Enron Energy Services Inc., and Enron Energy Marketing Corp. (collectively, the "EES Debtors"), as debtors and debtors in possession, for an Order Authorizing the Rejection of Certain Executory Contracts; and no previous application having been made; and upon consideration of the Motion; and due and proper notice of the Motion having been given; and it appearing that the rejection of the Rejected Contracts as requested in the Motion is in the best interests of the EES Debtors, their estates and creditors, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Motion is granted and it is further
ORDERED that the EES Debtors are authorized to reject the contracts listed in Exhibits "A," "B," and "C" hereto, effective as of the date hereof; and it is further
ORDERED that this Court shall retain jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters arising from the implementation of this Order.
