ORDER APPROVING MOTION TO APPEAR PRO HAC VICE

ARTHUR J. GONZALEZ, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

The Motion for entry of an Order admitting Ronald E. Gold to appear pro hac vice has been considered by this Court and it appears that approval of said Motion is warranted, it is therefore,

ORDERED that Ronald E. Gold is authorized to appear pro hac vice as counsel for LGE Energy Marketing Inc. in the above-captioned matter.
