Upon consideration of the Applicant for Admission Pro Hac Vice by Deborah D. Williamson, Esq., and good and sufficient cause appearing therefore is hereby

ORDERED: Deborah D. Williamson is admitted pro hac vice to practice before this court in the jointly administered case pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 2090-1 (b) subject only to the payment of the $25 filing fee. It is further

ORDERED: that the Court waives the Applicant's designation of local counsel pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 2090-1 (c).
