An order having been entered on February 20, 2024, granting respondent-appellant's motion to perfect the appeals taken herein as a poor person and assigning Nicholas Robinson, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the statement of A. Joseph Catalano, Esq., dated April 17, 2024, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that Kathleen Kugler, Esq., Niagara County Conflict Defender, 169 Niagara Street, Lockport, New York 14094, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, Niagara County, entered October 2, 2023, in place and stead of Nicholas Robinson, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Niagara County Family Court Clerk provide Kathleen Kugler, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeals are based.
