MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator Christopher Alton Elmore has filed (1) a motion for leave to file a petition for a writ of mandamus and (2) a petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Squier's June 13, 2003 orders regarding dissolving a permanent injunction rendered as a part of the December 13, 2002 divorce decree.

The Honorable William D. Squier, judge of the 312th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is In re Brekke, No. 2001-02115 (213th Dist. Ct., Harris County, Tex.).

We deny the petition for a writ of mandamus. We deny the motion for leave as moot because such motions are no longer required under the amendments to the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure that became effective September 1, 1997. See Tex.R.App.P. 52 cmt.
