[EDITORS' NOTE: THIS OPINION, WHICH WAS PUBLISHED IN THE ADVANCE SHEET AT THIS CITATION, 894 N.E.2d 506, WAS WITHDRAWN BECAUSE THE OPINION WAS NOT FOR ELECTRONIC OR REPORTER PUBLICATION.]

ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO SHOW CAUSE PETITIONS

In each of the three actions referenced above, pursuant to Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 23(10)(f), this Court suspended Respondent from the practice of law in this State for failing to cooperate with the Disciplinary Commission concerning a grievance filed against Respondent. In Cause No. 49S00-0701-DI-26, the Disciplinary Commission filed a motion on November 26, 2007, to convert Respondent's suspension to an indefinite suspension from the practice of law pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 23(10)(f)(4).

On January 9, 2008, Respondent, by counsel, filed a motion in each case requesting a thirty-day extension of time to respond to the Commission's requests and to the Court's show cause orders.

Being duly advised, the Court GRANTS the Motions and directs Respondent' to respond to the Commission's requests and to the Court's show cause orders in the above-referenced cases no later than 30 days from the date of this order.

The Court directs the Clerk to forward a copy of this Order to Respondent or Respondent's attorney and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.

All Justices concur, except DICKSON, J., who would deny the motions.
