MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Appellant, D.V., filed a notice of appeal of the trial court's June 23, 2021 final decree for termination. Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
