Both of these appeals are from decrees for termination of appellant's parental rights to her children. Appellate cause number 14-23-00387-CV contains the order terminating appellant's parental rights to child E.J. Appellate cause number 14-23-00399-CV contains the order terminating appellant's parental rights to children B.E.J. and B.E.J.
On June 8, 2023, appellant filed a motion to consolidate these two appeals. The motion is GRANTED and we issue the following order:
We order the appeals pending under our appellate case numbers 14-23-00387-CV and 14-23-00399-CV CONSOLIDATED. The existing filing deadlines in case number 14-23-00387-CV will apply to both cases.
