From the 166th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2021-PA-01021 Honorable Kimberly Burley, Judge Presiding
ORDER
PER CURIAM
This is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating appellant's parental rights that must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal was filed. Tex. R. Jud. Admin. 6.2.
Appellant filed her notice of appeal on October 12, 2022. The clerk's record and reporter's record were due on October 24, 2022. The clerk's record, which was timely filed, indicates that appellant did not file a Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs in the trial court. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 145. The reporter's record has not been filed. Instead, the court reporter filed a notification of late record, stating that appellant is not entitled to appeal without paying the reporter's fee, and that the appellant has failed to pay the fee or make arrangements to pay the fee for preparing the reporter's record.
We, therefore, order appellant to provide written proof to this court on or before November 4, 2022, that either: (1) the reporter's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the reporter's fee; or (2) appellant is entitled to appeal without paying the reporter's fee. In the event appellant claims she is entitled to appeal without paying the reporter's fee, she must file a Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs on or before November 4, 2022. See Tex. R. App. P. 20.1; Tex.R.Civ.P. 145.
It is so ORDERED
