ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION TO DISMISS APPEAL FOR ALL CLAIMS

Based upon Stipulation of counsel under Rule 16(5), Mont. R. Civ. P., and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned appeal, Montana Supreme Court Cause No. DA 23-0719, is hereby dismissed as moot. This Order shall have no force or effect on the remaining issues in Montana Supreme Court Cause No. DA 23-0746, consolidated with DA 24-0015.
