MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relators, Echo Marine, Ltd. and Echo Towing Service, Inc., have filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, challenging the trial court's October 12, 2020 order denying their verified motion for continuance.
The underlying case is Justin D. Hines v. Echo Marine, Ltd. and Echo Towing Service, Inc., Cause No. 2019-03875, in the 151st District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Mike Engelhart presiding.
We deny relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
