Opinion

No. 05-07-00770-CV

Opinion issued June 27, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 401st Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 401-51884-00.

Before Justices Moseley, Bridges, and Francis.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator seeks a writ of habeas corpus to order his release from confinement in a child support case. He specifically complains that he is confined and has not been afforded a hearing under § 157.105(a) of the Texas Family Code.

Petitioner has failed to comply with the requirements for filing a petition for writ of habeas corpus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(j)(1)(D). Based on the record presented, we conclude relator has failed to show he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8; Ex Parte Sealy, 870 S.W.2d 663, 666 (Tex.App.-Houston [1st Dist.] 1994, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus as filed, supplemented, and amended is DENIED.
