IN THE INTEREST OF E.B. AND A.B.

From the 73rd Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2005-CI-01739

Honorable David A. Canales, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellant's brief was originally due May 22, 2013; however, the court granted appellant an extension of time until June 21. On that date, appellant filed a motion requesting a further extension until July 24, 2013 to file the brief.

We grant the motion in part and order appellant Timothy Berban to file appellant's brief by July 22, 2013 (sixty-one days after the original due date). Appellant is advised that no further extensions of time will be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances that also provides the court reasonable assurance the brief will be completed and filed by the requested extended deadline. If the brief is not filed by the date ordered, the court may dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a).
