Pending before the Court is Relator's emergency motion for temporary relief. The motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, the trial court is ordered to stay all proceedings in cause number CV04828, styled Milan Todorovic and N-Com, INC. v. Ean Holdings, LLC d/b/a Enterprise Rent-A-Car, pending resolution of this mandamus action or further order of this Court.
