FORMER JUSTICE J. MICHAEL EAKIN'S WAIVER OF PRESENCE AT FINAL PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
AND NOW comes the Respondent, former Justice , by and through his attorneys, William C. Costopoulos, Esquire, and Heidi F. Eakin, Esquire, COSTOPOULOS, FOSTER & FIELDS, and respectfully files and submits a Waiver of Presence at Final Pre-Trial Conference in conformity with Rule 421(C) of the Court of Judicial Discipline Rules of Procedure as follows:
I, J. Michael Eakin, Respondent and former Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, having been advised of my right to be present at all stages of the proceedings in the above captioned matter, hereby waive my presence at the final pre-trial conference scheduled for 1:30 PM, Wednesday, March 23, 2016, in the Commonwealth Courtroom, Pennsylvania Judicial Center, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and authorize my counsel, William C.
