The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate its November 3, 2017, order denying the petition for writ of habeas corpus, and to issue an order directing respondent to show cause before the Orange County Superior Court why petitioner is not entitled to the relief requested.
