Opinion

No. 05-03-00651-CV

Opinion issued May 8, 2003

Original Proceeding from the 68th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 03-03111-C

WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED.

Before Justices JAMES, RICHTER, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in ordering Steven R. Dunn to disclose certain information to real party in interest. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude relators have failed to show the trial court clearly abused its discretion in ordering Steven R. Dunn to provide the information to real party in interest. Accordingly, we DENY relators' motion for immediate temporary relief and petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
