MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, the father of D.S.G., has filed in this court a motion to dismiss his appeal. In the motion, Appellant requests that this appeal be dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). Appellant states that, "after much thought and consideration," he has made a personal decision—freely and voluntarily—to withdraw his appeal.

The motion to dismiss is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
