Having reviewed Movant PARAMOUNT EXPORT COMPANY's Motion for an Order Stay the Adversary Case pending the appeal of the September 25, 2002 Order of this Court and the Trustee's Notice of No Objection in the Motion.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs Motion is hereby granted and the proceedings in this case are stayed until a decision on the appeal is rendered.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
