Summary of Misconduct:
Mr. Dresher, who was licensed in 1970, was disbarred on consent. He was found guilt}' of two Class X felonies: attempted first degree murder and aggravated domestic battery. He intentionally drove over his ex-wife no fewer than five times while she was in the driveway of her Glencoe home. He was sentenced to 10 years in the custody of the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Order of the Court:
The motion by Glen Edward Dresher to strike his name from the roll of attorneys licensed to practice law in Illinois pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(a) is allowed, effective immediately.
