ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On this date, the Court entered an Opinion Relating to Appeals From and Motions Regarding the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order. On April 12 and 13, 2000, hearings were held on the matter. For the reasons set forth in the Opinion Relating to Appeals From and Motions Regarding the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order,
IT IS ORDERED that Appellant's Motion to Obtain Transcripts of the hearings in this matter free of charge (Docket No. 12, filed April 12, 2000) is DENIED, Appellant having cited no rule or law for this Court's authority to allow an appellant to receive a copy of a hearing transcript without payment for the cost of the transcript.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order is AFFIRMED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Appeal is DENIED and DISMISSED.
