ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On this date, the Court entered an Opinion Relating to Appeals From and Motions Regarding the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order. Pursuant to the January 24, 2000 Scheduling Order entered by the Court governing all appeals related to the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order, the Court allowed the Appellant in this case number to brief the issues raised in this Appeal. On April 12 and 13, 2000, hearings were held on the matter. For the reasons set forth in the Opinion Relating to Appeals From and Motions Regarding the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order,
IT IS ORDERED that the Appellees' Motion to Dismiss Notice of Appeal and to Deny Leave to Appeal Interlocutory Order (Docket Nos. 2-1 and 2-2, filed November 15, 1999) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Appeal is DENIED and DISMISSED without prejudice.
