For the reasons set forth in the Opinion Relating to Appeals From and Motions Regarding the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order, IT IS ORDERED that the November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order is AFFIRMED and the December 21, 1999 Opinion is REVERSED on the injunction and release issues only.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Appeal is GRANTED in favor of Appellants.
