ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On this date, the Court entered an Opinion Relating to Appeals From and Motions Regarding the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order. On April 12 and 13, 2000, hearings were held on the matter. For the reasons set forth in the Opinion Relating to Appeals From and Motions Regarding the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order,
IT IS ORDERED that the Pennsylvania Hospital and Physicians' Motion to Intervene in the Appeal of Class 5 Pennsylvania Claimants (Docket No. 17, filed March 13, 2000) is DENIED. The Court will consider the brief filed by the Pennsylvania Hospital and Physicians as an amicus curiae brief.
IT IS ORDERED that the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order is AFFIRMED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Appeal is DENIED and DISMISSED.
