Appeal from the 394th District Court of Presidio County, Texas (TC# 2076) MEMORANDUM OPINION
Shannon Mark Douthit filed a pro se notice of appeal from the purported denial of his application for habeas corpus relief. He has since filed a voluntary motion to dismiss his appeal stating that his habeas application has not been denied. See TEX.R.APP.P. 42.2. We grant Appellant's motion and dismiss the appeal.
