IN RE DOUBLE K DRILLING, LLC, Relator

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 61st District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2018-52678

Panel consists of Chief Justice Christopher and Justices Wise and Hassan.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

On September 23, 2022, relator Double K Drilling, LLC filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex.R.App.P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Fredericka Phillips, presiding judge of the 61st District Court of Harris County, to vacate her September 15, 2022 order denying discovery.

Relator has not established that it is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus. Relator's motion to stay is denied and the nonparty medical providers' motion for extension of time to file a response to the petition is denied as moot.
