The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The complaint for superintending control is DENIED without prejudice.
Markey, J., would grant the complaint for superintending control in part and direct the Muskegon Circuit Court to enter a written order disposing of the plaintiffs motions to show cause Angelique and Sean Shouder within 21 days of the entry of the order and cause a copy of the order to be served on the plaintiff. In all other regards, the complaint for superintending control would be denied.
