In the Matter of Nicholas James Dotoli, An Attorney At Law (Attorney No. 002982007)
ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 21 -104, concluding that as a matter of final discipline pursuant to Rule 1:20-13(c)(2), Nicholas James Dotoli, of Bloomfield, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2007, should be admonished, following respondent's guilty plea and adjudication in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Criminal Part, Morris County, to criminal mischief, a disorderly persons offense, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C: 17-3 (b) (2), conduct in violation of RPC 8.4(b)(committing a criminal act that reflects adversely on a lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects);
And the Disciplinary Review Board having further determined that respondent should be required to participate in counseling and provide proof of same to the Office of Attorney Ethics;
And good cause appearing; It is ORDERED that Nicholas James Dotoli is hereby admonished; and it is further
ORDERED that Nicholas James Dotoli enroll in anger management counseling approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics and continue to participate in psychological counseling, providing proof thereof to the Office 1 of Attorney Ethics for a period of two years and until the further Order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
